| During a PowerPoint slide show, press the W key and your screen will turn completely white (B for black). You now have a whiteboard that can be used for notes during meeting discussion! JustWrite's slide show mode will even allow you to create a new page for meeting notes that can be saved as a new slide and integrated into your revised document. Example 1: You have just given a marketing presentation and your ask your team for feedback, advice, or comments. Take notes on their ideas inside the slide show itself, save it for revision or distribution after the meeting. Example 2: You've just given a presentation about your company's new shop complete with photographs, when your boss asks you, "do you have a layout of the store?" Instead of apologizing that you don't, just press W and draw a simply layout on the blank screen. Cool and dynamic! |
