Thank you to all entrants to the Wacom Wallpaper Contest!

Desktop wallpapers are strange beasts... They are oxymorons--they are positioned vertically like a wall therefore they are "wallpapers". Yet, they serve as your digital workspace where many of us place useful icons like so many post-it notes, hence "desktop". Framed within the plastic borders of your monitor, it could be a piece of art. Yet, we scatter icons all over this art without a second thought except..."My desktop is getting cluttered."

So, i n selecting the winners for the Wacom Wallpaper Contest, w e looked at our own cluttered desktops and tried to find those submissions that would give form to the chaotic iconography. The winner and runner-ups fit our criteria (and our icons) perfectly out of the many excellent submissions that were handed in. Congratulations!
